About the Role

As the Head of Retail Operations, you will oversee all aspects of store performanceensuring smooth operations, high service standards, and achievement of sales targets across regions. Youll lead a team of regional and store managers, manage budgets, optimize inventory, and implement strategies that elevate the customer experience while maintaining operational excellence at scale. This role requires hands-on leadership, strong analytical skills, and a customer-first mindset.

This position will be placed under one of Bliblis subsidiary companies specializing in electronic retail.

Responsibilities:

Develop and execute retail strategies that align with business goals, focusing on sales growth, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency.

Oversee daily operations across all stores, ensuring consistency in service, merchandising, and compliance.

Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of regional and store managers.

Set and monitor KPIs, analyze sales data, and implement initiatives to drive revenue and profitability.

Champion a customer-first culture, ensuring exceptional service standards across all touchpoints.

Optimize inventory management, reduce shrinkage, and ensure product availability.

Manage operational budgets, control costs, and improve financial performance.

Leverage retail technologies (POS, CRM, analytics) to enhance operations and decision-making.

Ensure adherence to company policies, safety regulations, and legal requirements.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Business, Retail Management, or related field; Masters is a plus.
• Minimum 13 years in retail operations, including 5+ years in senior leadershippreferably in electronics, FMCG, or lifestyle retail.
• Proven success in leading multi-site operations and driving performance.
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking capabilities.
• Deep understanding of customer service and retail dynamics.
• Excellent communication and team leadership skills.
• Willingness to travel frequently across store locations.
