Student Consultant

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Student Consultant based in Surabaya. The Student Consultant will assist students and families by providing guidance on study destinations, managing university application processes, offering support with English test preparation, and navigating visa application procedures. Responsibilities also include organizing pre-departure briefings, maintaining relationships with international education partners, and ensuring seamless communication and exceptional client service.

• Knowledge of overseas university application processes, study destinations, and visa requirements
• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
• Organizational skills and attention to detail for managing multiple student files and processes
• Experience in counseling, student support, or education consultancy is preferred
• Proficiency in English (both written and spoken); additional language skills are an advantage
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and independently as needed
• Familiarity with basic office software and tools (e.g., Microsoft Office, spreadsheets, email platforms)
• Bachelor's degree in Education, Counseling, International Relations, or a related field
