Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Student Admissions Representative based in Jakarta. The responsibilities include providing prospective students and their families with detailed information about the admissions process, answering inquiries, and guiding them through enrollment. The representative will assist in conducting presentations, manage communication with applicants, and maintain accurate records of student applications. They will also collaborate with colleagues to ensure a smooth and supportive admissions experience for all stakeholders.

Managing student data entry with student management systems

Responding to and managing a range of student enquiries and issues

Coordinating and scheduling classes

Issue Letter of Offer

Monitor student Attendance and Course Progress

Process and post operational and non-operational invoices.

Manage business transactions, invoice processing, and reconciliation.

Verify and maintain financial data, ensuring accuracy and compliance.

Clarify questionable invoice items and obtain required payment information.

Reconcile bank statements and ensure all records align with accounting standards.

Work on Xero software to manage financial records.

Handle agent commissions and follow up on pending fee payments with students and agents.

Qualifications

  • Strong Communication and Presentation skills to effectively convey information and represent the institution professionally.
  • Excellent Customer Service and Interpersonal Skills to build rapport with prospective students and families.
  • Analytical Skills to assess applications and provide insights for the admissions process.
  • Ability to organize and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Familiarity with admissions processes or educational services is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree in any relevant field is preferred.
