The Streamverse Performance Accelerator is responsible for optimizing sales performance through live e-commerce by ensuring that strategies, durations, and execution of live sessions deliver maximum revenue while maintaining marketing cost efficiency. This role focuses on improving talent performance and maximizing live commerce effectiveness to achieve sales growth targets.
Job Expectations
- Achieve or exceed the targeted live e-commerce revenue ratio.
- Ensure live marketing spend (CAP) is efficient and meets cost-effectiveness standards.
- Fulfill total live session duration according to daily/weekly strategy.
- Maintain minimal or zero live violations in accordance with platform policies and brand SOPs.
- Increase average revenue per TikTok talent aligned with performance targets.
- Drive performance improvement across the funnel: viewers conversion revenue.
- Ensure live sessions are executed consistently and on schedule.
- Build productive collaboration with talents, marketing, and live operations teams.
Job Requirements
- Proven experience in live e-commerce, TikTok Shop, or TikTok Affiliate.
- Strong understanding of the live commerce funnel: viewers engagement add to cart purchase.
- Skilled in analyzing live performance data and optimizing strategies.
- Experienced in managing talents, influencers, or live hosts.
- Familiarity with TikTok live policies and compliance standards.
- Strong communication, proactiveness, and cross-functional coordination skills.
