Streamverse Affiliate Lead

Job Description

• Work closely with Streamverse initiatives to strengthen Local Influencer programs in area
• Lead local affiliate, hunting, incubation, and engagement to expand the creator network
• Oversee studio and host management, ensuring alignment with traffic and sales objectives
• Act as a traffic engineer, optimizing visibility and engagement in self & affiliate-driven content
• Develop and implement content and creator strategies in collaboration with the Affiliate team
• Manage budget planning, performance review, and evaluation of affiliate programs
• Support the development of the affiliate and creator community to drive sustainable growth
• Collaborate with operational teams for affiliate management system improvements, such as dashboards and database enhancements

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year experience in the same role
• Growth in affiliate engagement and retention rates
• Increased traffic and conversion rates from affiliate-driven content
• Effective studio and host management leading to better audience interaction
• Implementation of structured affiliate management systems (Affiliate Dashboard, Creator Database 360)
• Contribution to revenue growth through improved affiliate performance.
