Job Description:

  • Scale up SPX Express by focusing on overseeing the Customer Service department
  • Drive high-impact growth and operational excellence projects in a fast-paced environment with a nationwide scale
  • Support ongoing initiatives within the Customer Service and other departments to ensure the effectiveness and on-time implementation
  • Monitor key operational metrics, business reports, and project implementation progress regularly

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Management, or any related field
  • Minimum 3 years of work experience in a Project Management role with prior working experience in a tech startup, and management consulting
  • Proven ability to manage large and challenging projects
  • Experienced with cross-functional projects and teams, driving real results
  • Exceptional negotiation and interpersonal skills
  • Strong communication skills and ability to speak and write in English
  • Proficient in operating Ms. Excel
