We are looking for a Strategy & Operations team to support KOI Group in translating business strategy into actionable plans, managing company and division performance, and driving operational effectiveness across the organization. This role will work closely with management and cross-functional teams to translate strategic priorities into OKRs, KPIs, projects, and action plans, while overseeing key operational areas and leading transformation initiatives. The primary focus of this role is to improve process effectiveness and organizational performance, with budget efficiency as an additional consideration where relevant.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategy Execution
Translate company strategy and management direction into actionable OKRs, KPIs, targets, and initiatives for each division and team, and monitor progress to ensure alignment with business priorities.
- Operational Management & Effectiveness
Support and oversee day-to-day operations across key corporate functions, particularly Finance, Human Resources, Supply Chain, and Systems, to ensure processes run effectively and support business needs.
- Process Improvement & Transformation
Identify process inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and opportunities for improvement, and lead transformation initiatives that improve process effectiveness, productivity, and organizational performance.
- Company & Division Performance Management
Manage and monitor company and division performance through regular performance reviews, reporting, and analysis; identify performance gaps and coordinate corrective actions with relevant teams.
- Cross-Functional Project Management
Lead and coordinate strategic and transformation projects across divisions, ensuring clear objectives, timelines, responsibilities, resources, and deliverables, while managing risks and implementation progress.
- Systems & Process Development
Support the development and implementation of business systems, processes, and tools—including ERP, POS, WMS, HRIS, or other relevant systems—to improve operational visibility, efficiency, and control.
- Management Reporting & Continuous Improvement
Provide management with regular updates on performance, operational issues, project progress, and improvement opportunities, while driving continuous improvement initiatives based on data and business needs.
Qualifications:
- 5–8 years of experience in Strategy & Operations, Business Operations, Management Consulting, PMO, Business Transformation, Business Process Improvement, or related roles.
- Strong understanding of business strategy, performance management, operational processes, and project management.
- Experience in F&B, retail, consumer, hospitality, or multi-unit businesses is highly preferred.
- Proven experience translating strategic objectives into KPIs, action plans, and executable projects.
- Data-driven, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify root causes and develop practical solutions.
- Experience leading cross-functional projects and transformation initiatives from planning through implementation.
- Strong project management and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to coordinate multiple teams and priorities.
- Comfortable working across Finance, HR, Supply Chain, Operations, and Systems, with the ability to understand how different functions connect to overall business performance.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with both management and operational teams.
- Highly structured, hands-on, proactive, and execution-oriented, with a strong focus on process effectiveness and measurable results.
