Job Description:

Own end-to-end linehaul transportation across sorting centers, hubs, and distribution points, ensuring reliable movement of parcels and achievement of service-level targets.
Design and continuously optimize transportation routes, schedules, frequencies, and network configurations to improve speed, reliability, and overall efficiency.
Forecast transportation demand and develop short- and long-term capacity plans, including peak/campaign periods, to ensure sufficient fleet capacity while maintaining cost efficiency.
Identify opportunities to reduce transportation cost, improve truck utilization/load factor, minimize empty runs, and improve cost per parcel/trip.
Establish and monitor key Linehaul KPIs including on-time departure/arrival, transit time, truck utilization, capacity utilization, SLA achievement, and transportation cost.
Manage transportation partners and 3PL vendors, including capacity commitment, performance evaluation, service quality, cost, and operational compliance.
Lead cross-functional improvement projects to solve operational bottlenecks, streamline transportation processes, and improve network productivity and scalability.
Develop operational plans for major campaigns and unexpected disruptions, ensuring network stability and business continuity.
Analyze operational and transportation data to identify performance gaps, root causes, and opportunities for network improvement.
Partner closely with Sorting Center, First Mile, Last Mile, Operations Planning, Procurement, Finance, BI/Data, and other stakeholders to drive end-to-end network performance.
Lead and develop the Linehaul team, establish clear priorities and performance expectations, and drive strong execution across the network.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree or above in Logistics, Supply Chain, Engineering, Business, Operations Management, or related fields.
5-10 years of experience in transportation, linehaul, middle mile, logistics network, fleet management, or related areas.
Strong experience in transportation/network planning, capacity planning, route optimization, and operational performance management.
Experience managing 3PL/carrier/vendor partners and transportation costs.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into operational actions.
Proven experience leading process improvement, cost optimization, or logistics transformation projects.
Experience in e-commerce, express delivery, 3PL, retail distribution, or large-scale logistics networks is highly preferred.
Strong stakeholder management and team leadership capabilities.
