As Strategy Manager, you'll sit at the intersection of strategy, technology, and executiondriving inorganic growth across Digital, AI, and emerging technologies. This is a hands-on, high-impact role where you'll work closely with senior leadership to evaluate investments, structure partnerships, and help launch new ventures from idea to early execution.
You'll lead strategic analyses, support deal execution, and translate cutting-edge technologies into real business value. From shaping business models and GTM strategies to supporting post-investment value creation, you'll play a critical role in building the future growth engine of the organization
THE ROLE
- Support and execute inorganic growth initiatives: Support sourcing, evaluation, and execution of investments, partnerships, and joint ventures across AI, digital, and emerging technologies. Conduct strategic, commercial, and financial analyses. Develop investment materials and recommendations for senior leadership.
- Support venture and JV build-out: Assist in shaping business models, GTM strategies, and unit economics. Support deal structuring, governance design, and coordination with legal, finance, and business units. Help operationalize ventures from concept to early launch milestones.
- Translate technology into business value: Analyze how digital and AI technologies can drive efficiency, new revenue, or competitive advantage across business units. Support pilots, proof-of-concepts, and early commercialization efforts.
- Drive selected digital and AI initiatives: Support cross-BU initiatives where digital and AI are critical enablers. Translate strategy into executable roadmaps and measurable outcomes. Track progress and surface risks.
- Support post-investment and post-deal execution: Support integration, performance tracking, and value creation initiatives post-investment. Monitor KPIs, financial performance, and execution risks. Prepare updates for senior leadership.
THE REQUIREMENTS
- 58 years of experience in management consulting, corporate strategy, corporate development, or venture-related roles.
- Strong analytical skills including financial modeling, valuation, and business case development.
- Experience supporting deal evaluation, partnerships, or new initiatives.
- Ability to work independently on complex problems with limited structure.
- Strong communication skills and comfort engaging senior stakeholders.
- High ownership, learning agility, and execution mindset.
