Strategy & Business Development Specialist

Job Descriptions:

• Identify and evaluate new business opportunities, partnerships, and market expansion strategies within life science sectors.
• Support leadership in developing strategic initiatives for new and existing business lines.
• Develop robust financial models to evaluate investments, projects, and strategic initiatives.
• Provide analytical support for corporate strategy, mergers & acquisitions, and partnership opportunities.

Job Qualifications:

• Min. Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Engineering, or related fields.
• 25 years of experience in M&A, Corporate Finance, Investment Banking, Private Equity, Consulting, or Business Development.
• Strong financial modeling and investment analysis skills.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Strong analytical thinking with the ability to structure complex information.
• Highly proactive, detail-oriented, and eager to learn.
• Experience in sectors such as mining, natural resources, chemical, or energy is a plus.
• Willing to be placed in Thamrin, Jakarta.
