We are hiring a Strategy & Operations Intern to support day-to-day execution and data processing across growth and operations initiatives. This role sits at the intersection of execution and analysis, responsible for process complex data, give insights and operational requests into structured outputs that enable faster, better decisions. The associate will work closely with the Growth Associate Manager and is expected to be highly detail-oriented, analytically strong, and execution-driven.
Key Responsibilities
- Operational Execution
- Support day-to-day operational tasks across growth, sales, and center-level initiatives
- Own recurring operational processes (tracking, reporting, coordination) to ensure accuracy and timeliness
- Coordinate with internal teams (Tele, ECs, Ops) to collect inputs and follow up on execution gaps
- Data Processing & Reporting
- Clean, organize, and maintain datasets across Google Sheets (leads, bookings, paid, SU, incentives, etc.)
- Build and maintain dashboards, trackers, and recurring reports
- Ensure data consistency across sources (manual trackers, system exports, center reports)
- Analysis Support
- Conduct basic analysis to surface trends, anomalies, and performance gaps
- Prepare structured summaries (tables, charts, short insights) for decision-making
- Support ad-hoc analysis requests related to funnel performance, incentives, and operational efficiency
- Process Improvement
- Identify inefficiencies in existing workflows and propose simplifications
- Help document SOPs and standardize recurring processes
Requirements
- Must-Have
- Strong proficiency in Google Sheets / Excel (filters, formulas, basic QUERY / VLOOKUP / XLOOKUP)
- Comfortable working with data-heavy, imperfect datasets
- High attention to detail and strong ownership mindset
- Able to work independently with minimal hand-holding
- Strong execution discipline: can handle repetitive tasks without losing accuracy

- Background in operations, analytics, business, engineering, or similar fields
- Experience supporting growth, sales ops, or performance teams
- Basic understanding of funnel metrics (leads, booking, conversion, retention)
