Job Description:

  • Develop, implement, and execute business development and growth strategies to support organizational objectives.
  • Identify, design, and implement solutions that improve business processes and operational efficiency.
  • Lead end-to-end stakeholder management, including project planning, coordination, and successful roll-out of initiatives.
  • Manage and execute ad-hoc projects and assignments with high efficiency and accuracy.
  • Track and analyze project performance, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in strategic or project management
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with the ability to interpret data and make sound decisions.
  • Proven project management experience, preferably in fast-paced or dynamic environments.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, both written and verbal.
  • Highly adaptable, proactive, and able to thrive under ambiguity.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to prioritize effectively.
