Job Description:

Develop, implement, and execute business development and growth strategies to support organizational objectives.
Identify, design, and implement solutions that improve business processes and operational efficiency.
Lead end-to-end stakeholder management, including project planning, coordination, and successful roll-out of initiatives.
Manage and execute ad-hoc projects and assignments with high efficiency and accuracy.
Track and analyze project performance, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum 3 years of experience in strategic or project management
Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with the ability to interpret data and make sound decisions.
Proven project management experience, preferably in fast-paced or dynamic environments.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, both written and verbal.
Highly adaptable, proactive, and able to thrive under ambiguity.
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to prioritize effectively.
