Job Description:

  • Conduct market and industry research, brainstorm and make recommendations regarding untapped growth opportunities for Shopee.
  • Drive overall buyer marketing strategy across relevant features for potential and new commercial landscape.
  • Evaluate new initiatives optimize and achieve commercial objectives and performance across the region.
  • Responsible for the end-to-end implementation of product marketing projects from ideation to launch in order to drive buyer adoption, engagement and/or retention.
  • Identify new revenue streams for the business, focus on growing user acquisition and building retention.
  • Review and analyze all key marketing metrics on a daily basis.

Requirements:

  • Minimum Bachelor Degree with 4+ years of experience in fast paced industry, preferably Tech, Management Consulting, Strategy, or similar fields.
  • Strong analytical skills and critical thinking, with the ability to analyze and interpret data into actionable business insights.
  • High ownership, self-driven, and proactive in identifying growth opportunities with a commitment to finding effective solutions.
  • Structured verbal and written communication skills, including proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel, with the ability to present to management teams.
