JOB DESC / ROLE & RESPONSIBILITY
- Lead the development of strategic communication frameworks across digital and ATL platforms: translating insights, trends, and business context into clear strategic direction.
- Drive research-based planning: conduct industry analysis, consumer behavior mapping, competitive reviews, digital trends scouting, and synthesis of meaningful strategic insights.
- Partner with Account, Creative, Digital, Retail, and PR teams to develop integrated campaign strategies with strong clarity, purpose, and storytelling flow.
- Build, refine, pressure-test briefs to ensure creative alignment and strategic sharpness – delivering work that is insight-driven, culturally relevant, and impactful.
- Represent the strategic team in client discussions: present insights, articulate strategic rationale, and provide recommendations with maturity, clarity, and confidence.
- Support internal though-leadership initiatives (trend reports, cultural insights, planning frameworks) aligned with agency value and planning leadership direction.
REQUIREMENTS
• Education Background / Major
Bachelor's degree in Communication, Marketing, Advertising, Business, Sociology, Psychology, or related fields.
• Experience
- 5–7 years of experience in strategic planning or brand strategy (agency or client-side)
- 2–3 years of hands-on experience in digital strategy or data-led planning
• Technical Skills
- Strong strategic planning capability with a digital-first mindset supported by solid ATL fundamentals
- Proficient in consumer journey mapping, funnel development, and omnichannel strategy
- Strong analytical capabilities with the ability to interpret data, digital signals, and business metrics
- Skilled in insight mining through social listening and qualitative/quantitative research synthesis
- Experience developing high-quality strategic presentations—storyline, narrative flow, and frameworks
