Job Description

Responsibilities :

  • Develop and implement comprehensive B2B marketing strategies aligned with company objectives.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
  • Plan, execute, and optimize multi-channel marketing campaigns (digital, events, email, content, etc.).
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance, adjusting strategies to maximize ROAS.
  • Oversee the creation of engaging content (case studies, white papers, presentations, social media, etc.) tailored to B2B audiences.
  • Ensure consistent brand messaging across all platforms and marketing materials.
  • Manage industry events, trade shows, webinars, and sponsorships to build relationship

Requirements :

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in B2B marketing, preferably in [insert relevant industry, e.g., manufacturing, services].
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing, content strategy, and lead generation techniques.
  • Experience with marketing automation tools.
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and project management skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across departments and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Willing to work full time Monday - Friday, 9 am - 6pm, from our Factory in Pulo Gadung area.
