Strategic planning: Strong ability to develop comprehensive strategic frameworks (objectives, TA segmentation, messaging) and provide clear direction with minimal supervision. This includes not only responding to briefs but proactively identifying opportunities and challenges.
Creative brief/direction development: Proven capability to collaborate with creative and account teams to produce inspiring, concise briefs that drive conceptual and executional process, ensuring clarity in objectives, messaging, and target audience insights.
Cross-functional collaboration: Capacity to align and integrate strategies across functions (creative, digital, retail, PR) and facilitate effective communication, ensuring consistency and synergy in execution.
Client partnership: Act as a key representative in client consultations, confidently presenting strategic recommendations, addressing challenges, and building trust through clarity and leadership.
Mentorship & team development: Guide and support junior planners, helping them sharpen their strategic thinking and execution skills, while raising the overall quality of the planning team.
Trend monitoring & innovation: Consistently monitor market and cultural trends, emerging technologies, and new marketing methodologies. Translate these into innovative and practical strategies that challenge the status quo and enhance client campaigns.

REQUIREMENTS
Education background/major: Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, Communication, Advertising, or related field. Masters degree is a plus.
Experience needed: Minimum 6-8 years in Strategic Planning, Marketing Communication, or Brand Strategy and 3-4 years in a senior/lead role with proven experience driving strategy and leading cross-functional collaboration.
Strong capability in Market Research & Analysis (industry trends, consumer insights, competitive landscape)
Proficiency in Strategic Planning & Campaign Development (ATL/BTL/Digital integration)
Experience in Creative Brief Development and providing clear direction to creative teams
