PT Kredit Biro Indonesia Jaya (Credit Bureau Indonesia, CBI) as one of the private credit bureaus in Indonesia has been established since 2014 and obtained an operational license from Otoritas Jasa Keuangan (OJK) as
Lembaga Pengelola Informasi Perkreditan (LPIP) in 2015.
In November 2021, after obtaining approval from OJK, CBI received additional capital from shareholders and appointed a new management team, which aims to provide new and leading-edge services and products. About The Role
As Strategic Partnership Manager (D2C), you will drive growth of the D2C business through strategic partnerships and channel development. You will be responsible for identifying, structuring, negotiating, scaling and managing partnerships that align with the D2C growth strategy - including financial institutions, fintech platforms, ecosystem partners, etc. - to create sustainable acquisition channels and revenue streams.
This role reports to the Head of D2C, and focuses on commercial partnerships, joint go-to-market execution, and channel expansion to accelerate D2C growth.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Partnerships & Channel Acquisition
- Lead the execution and implementation of partnership strategy to drive customer acquisition and revenue growth for the D2C business.
- Identify, approach, and secure partnerships aligned with D2C growth targets such as corporates, financial services, digital platforms, fintech players, and ecosystem partners.
- Create structured acquisition channels through B2B2C, reseller, affiliate, and embedded distribution models.
- Lead end-to-end partnership lifecycle: pitching, commercial negotiation, contracting, integration alignment, and joint GTM execution.
- Build and manage a strong partnership pipeline with clear revenue targets and KPIs.
Commercial & Growth Execution
- Work closely with D2C marketing to co-develop joint campaigns, co-branded initiatives and activation plans with partners.
- Ensure seamless integration of CBI D2C products within partner ecosystems
- Translate market and partner insights into actionable growth initiatives.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Collaborate with product, tech, and operations teams to ensure smooth integration and partner onboarding.
- Support UAT, rollout planning, and iterative improvements for partner-led channels.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements in all partnership models.
Performance & Relationship Management
- Track partnership performance against acquisition, conversion, and revenue KPIs.
- Optimize and expand high-performing partnerships.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders at partner organizations to ensure smooth collaboration and long-term success
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in strategic partnerships, business development, or channel sales, ideally in fintech, financial services, or digital businesses.
- Proven track record of building acquisition channels through partnerships.
- Strong commercial negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience working cross-functionally with product and tech teams for integrations.
- Analytical mindset with ability to track and optimize channel performance.
