- Build and design business systems from the ground up to ensure our service delivery can scale rapidly and efficiently without linear cost expansion.
- Analyze, evaluate, and restructure unit economics across business lines and physical locations to maximize profitability and cost efficiency.
- Process, analyze, and translate complex business data into concrete, actionable strategies to solve unique growth and efficiency challenges.
- Optimize customer journeys within our physical locations and potentially oversee the Customer Service (CS) team to ensure seamless, responsive, and high-quality care.
- Partner closely with senior leadership to align corporate strategies with overarching business growth and execution objectives.
Requirements
- Minimum of 4–6 years of experience in Strategy, Management Consulting, Corporate Planning, or a similar managerial role. (Experience in healthcare, retail, or high-growth startups is a major plus).
- Highly proficient in data analysis and data processing. You must have a strong analytical mindset with a proven ability to translate data metrics into real-world strategic changes.
- Quick to grasp and solve complex business challenges, particularly regarding site management, resource allocation, and on-site logistics.
- Strong leadership capabilities, with the agility to manage diverse, cross-functional teams, including the potential to lead the Customer Service function.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively bridge the gap between frontline execution staff and executive leadership.
