Strategic Management Trainee program at PT East-West Seed Indonesia (EWINDO) provides a distinct opportunity for individuals to hone their leadership abilities through practical, on-the-job learning and involvement in cross-divisional projects. Here, we call it Strategic Leadership Trainee (SLT). Much like a management trainee program, the SLT initiative aims to foster leadership potential under the CEO's direct guidance. The trainees will tackle demanding tasks that contribute to their personal and professional development, rather than adhering to pre-determined learning modules.

As an integrated vegetable seed company, PT East-West Seed Indonesia (EWINDO) is embracing technology and big data to adapt to the digitalization era. Applicants with a strong data-driven approach will have a competitive edge in the selection process.

Requirements:

• Master's degree (or equivalent degree) in Business/ Agriculture/ Engineering or related fields, preference for International Graduates with less than 3 years of working experience
• Strategic & sound presentation skills
• Good reporting with analytical thinking
• Fast learner, proactive, and willing to go extra miles
• Excellent interpersonal and leadership potential
• Proficient command of English (written and verbal)
• Willing to travel if needed
• Willing to work at Purwakarta, West Java
