Strategic Content Partnership

Job description:

• Develop strategic and creative concepts aligned with brand objectives and affiliate performance goals.
• Create and manage creative and editorial guidelines for affiliate creators.
• Collaborate with Affiliate Management and Brand teams to translate business objectives into effective live content strategies.
• Monitor marketplace and social media trends to continuously optimize content ideas and execution.
• Develop key visuals, storyboards, and content frameworks aligned with campaign and live streaming timelines.
• Review creative outputs and provide constructive feedback to ensure quality, consistency, and strong brand alignment.
• Coordinate with external vendors, creators, and freelancers as needed to support creative execution.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree (S1) in Marketing, Communication, Business, or a related field.
• 25 years of experience in content strategy, affiliate marketing, creator partnership, or digital campaign management.
• Strong understanding of live commerce, affiliate ecosystems, and marketplace dynamics.
• Proven ability to translate business objectives into performance-driven content strategies.
• Experience in developing creative guidelines, editorial frameworks, and live content playbooks.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret performance data and optimize content accordingly.
• Excellent collaboration skills with cross-functional teams, including Brand, Affiliate Management, and external creators.
• Strong storytelling and creative direction capabilities (storyboard, key visual development, content angle).
• Able to manage multiple projects under tight timelines while maintaining high creative standards.
• Experience working with creators, agencies, or production vendors is a strong advantage.
