Key Responsibilities
1.Site Selection & Analysis
1Identify and evaluate potential store locations using market research, demographic data, and financial modeling.
2Conduct feasibility studies, traffic analysis, and competitive benchmarking.
2.Lease Negotiation
1Cooperate with superiorsnegotiations with landlords, brokers, and legal teams to secure favorable lease terms.
2Manage LOIs (Letters of Intent).
3.Project Management
1Oversee store openings from concept to launch, coordinating with construction, design, and operations teams.
2Ensure projects meet deadlines, budgets, and brand standards.
4.Stakeholder Collaboration
1Partner with Finance, Legal, Marketing, and Operations to align store development with business goals.
2Present site recommendations to senior leadership.
5.Portfolio Strategy
1Develop market expansion plans aligned with company growth targets.
2Track performance of new locations and recommend optimizations.
Requirement
1.Expertise in lease negotiation and real estate law.
2.Proficiency in GIS tools (e.g., ESRI), demographic software, and financial modeling.
3.Proficient in Chinese/English and can communicate in Chinese/English.
