Staff Trainer

Job Requirements :

• Bachelor's Degree in Management, Education, Psychology, or related fields.
• 2 years work experience as a Trainer in Food & Beverages or retail industries.
• Possess Trainer/ Facilitator certification (preferred).
• Willing to be mobile and assigned to out-of-town locations.
• Able to work optimally, both individually and in teams.
• Assertive, honest, and possesses strong leadership skills.
• Knowledgeable in training concepts
• Placement : Pancoran, Jakarta Selatan

Job Description :

• Conduct training for outlet staff.
• Test and create exam questions for staff training.
• Develop training modules for staff.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of training.
• Perform other tasks related to the position.
• Ability to explore new technologies anda methodologies in learning and training.
