Role Description

We are looking for a full-time Sales & Marketing Staff to join our team in Cirebon, Indonesia. This role is responsible for acquiring new international buyers, maintaining strong relationships with existing clients, and supporting marketing initiatives. You will work closely with our export and production teams to ensure smooth communication, accurate documentation, and timely delivery for overseas buyers.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct outreach to potential buyers via email, LinkedIn, and B2B platforms.
• Prepare quotations, product offers, and follow-ups to secure new orders.
• Manage and maintain relationships with buyers for repeat orders (retention).
• Coordinate with the export, R&D, and documentation teams to support order fulfillment.
• Support marketing activities (trade fairs, catalogs, campaigns) to strengthen the companys presence in the international market.

Qualifications

• Strong English communication skills (spoken & written) essential for international buyers.
• Good interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Fresh graduates are welcome; a minimum of 6 months of experience in sales/marketing/export is preferable.
• Able to work independently and in a team.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace.
• Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, International Trade, or a related field.
