Job Description :
- Responsible for end-to-end management of owned property database and documents, including monitoring certificate expiration dates, negotiations, contract execution, renewal certificate accordance with applicable policies and procedures.
- Responsible for end-to-end safekeeping document in document storage.
- Coordinate cross-functionally with internal units (Network, Legal, and other related units) to ensure smooth execution of all transaction processes
- Coordinate with external parties (notaries, BPN, and other relevant stakeholders) to ensure transactions are carried out in compliance with company policies and procedures, applicable regulations, timelines, and budgets.
- Monitor budgets in accordance with the work plan.
- Prepare and submit periodic reports to relevant internal units regarding the status and performance of owned property documents management.
- Implement PDCA to achieve effective and efficient work results.
Job Requirements :
- Minimum of a Bachelor's degree (S1) in Management, Real Estate, or Law.
- At least 2 years of experience in a managerial role, preferably with experience in owned property document management.
- Strong knowledge of the owned property document, land management right (HPL), state or regional property, particularly in land ownership certificate and land regulations.
- Detail-oriented, diligent, disciplined, eager to learn, able to work under pressure, and able to work well in a team.
- Strong stakeholder management skills with effective verbal and written communication abilities.
- Able to perform negotiation, risk analysis and mitigation.
- Experienced in preparing reports and executive-level presentations.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
