Qualifications:
- Registered or former nurse/midwife OR background in guest experience/customer relations (5-star hotel, airline, or other service-driven environments); minimum 1 year of relevant experience.
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree.
- Well-groomed with a professional appearance.
- Good Communication in English.

- Willing to do On Job Training on Morula IVF Jakarta for for up to 6 month
Key Competencies:
1. Patient Journey Management: Able to accompany patients throughout the IVF pathway, from doctor consultation to discharge and post-procedure follow-up.
2. Communication & Empathy: Highly communicative, empathetic, and skilled in building patient trust and rapport.
3. Follow-up & Conversion: Experienced in structured follow-up processes and patient engagement through to IVF case closure.
4. Service Orientation & Professionalism: Detail-oriented, service-focused, professional, and committed to strict patient confidentiality.
5. Teamwork: Able to collaborate effectively with medical and non-medical teams.
6. Tools: Comfortable using WhatsApp Business, basic CRM tools, and Google Sheets
7. Languages: Indonesian (written and spoken); basic conversational English (active)
Nice to Have :
- Prior experience in an IVF clinic or maternity hospital (RSIA)
- Experience managing premium clients and consultative patient journeys
- Familiarity with consultative sales and closing techniques in healthcare settings
