Support daily IT Security operations, including monitoring, access reviews, and log checking
Act as the technical communication bridge with Korean stakeholders
Assist with initial investigation of security incidents and anomaly alerts
Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and auditors on security-related matters
Contribute to documentation, reporting, and compliance updates
JOB DESCRIPTION STAFF IT SECURITY (KOREAN SPEAKER)

1. Position Summary
The Staff IT Security Korean Speaker is responsible for supporting information security operations, facilitating technical communication with Korean teams, and ensuring security standards within the banking environment are well implemented.
2. Key Responsibilities
A. IT Security Operations
Conduct routine monitoring of security logs, system activities, and potential threats
Assist in reviewing user access, password policies, and permission changes
Perform first-level analysis on security alerts or anomalies
Support periodic review of systems, applications, and devices from a security perspective
B. Communication & Coordination (Korean Language)
Act as the communication liaison between the local team and Korean stakeholders
Translate technical instructions, security notes, or simple documents (KoreanIndonesian/IndonesianKorean)
Attend regular meetings with Korean teams and provide clear updates on security matters
Explain technical issues or requirements in Korean professionally and accurately
C. Documentation & Reporting
Prepare daily/weekly security monitoring reports
Document troubleshooting processes, investigation activities, and configuration changes
Assist in compiling technical documents for internal/external audits
D. Compliance & Audit Support
Support the implementation of information security policies according to banking standards
Assist in internal IT Security audits
Ensure proper handling and confidentiality of sensitive data
3. Requirements
Male
Korean language proficiency at Business Level (mandatory)
Basic to intermediate understanding of IT Security (security monitoring, access control, basic incident handling)
General knowledge of hardware, software, and networking
Fast learner, communicative, and able to work in a structured, formal banking environment
4. Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have)
12 years of experience in IT Security or IT Support
Familiarity with security standards such as ISO 27001, SOC, or banking security policies
Experience working with Korean stakeholders
Ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines
