Staff Finance Accounting

Primary Job Role

This individual will play a role manage and monitor transaction reports and financial accounting activities, as well as report and pay bills thoroughly and in a timely manner.

Responsibilities:

1. Maintain accurate and timely records of daily financial transactions.
2. Prepare and post journal entries, general ledger reconciliations, and adjustments.
3. Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
4. Support the closing process by ensuring completeness and accuracy of financial data.
5. Manage and verify invoices, payment documents, and expense reports.
6. Perform bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow activities.
7. Ensure compliance with company policies, accounting standards, and tax regulations.
8. Coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders such as auditors and tax consultants.
9. Provide administrative and analytical support to the Finance & Accounting team.

Qualifications:

1. Preferred Domicile in Bali
2. Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
3. 1 - 3 years of relevant experience in finance, accounting, or auditing.
4. Solid understanding of accounting principles, financial reporting, and taxation (Indonesian tax regulations preferred).
5. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (e.g., Accurate, SAP, or similar).
6. Strong analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills.
7. Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work with accuracy under deadlines.
8. Good communication skills (both written & verbal) and ability to work as part of a team.
