Hold a Bachelor's degree (S-1 degree) in Information Technology or Computer Engineering or Telecommunication from reputable university
Must possessed a proven 5 years working experience (at minimum) in managing a Palo-Alto based Firewall Technologies
Must possessed a Palo Alto-Certified-Network-Security-Engineer Certification (PCNSE)
Strong and proven knowledge for Load Balance technology (F5), Proxy Technology (Bluecoat), and a minimum expsoure for Routing/Switching technology
Deep comperhension and understanding of both the operation, as well as project-based task and activity, ex: troubleshooting, device upgrade, hardware deployment, pre-config, device migration, etc.
Excellent interpersonal & communication skills
Good capacity in English communication, both for verbal and written
Ability to perform under pressure and tight time constraints; be able to work under limited guidance in line with a broad plan, or strategy
Job Description:
Provide the IT-security engineering support and guidance to the client that improve the client's security posture; improving the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of information systems by identifying, verifying, and understanding cyber events
Managin the day-to-day operation, monitoring, and operational support of Palo Alto Security solution
Providing a critical support for troubleshooting and other corrective action to maintain the security's integrity
Acting as a support for change request in customer network
Act as a support for new installation; integrating of the desired system into the existing system as well as the required migration
Provide an initial troubleshooting for incoming issues before escalation
Work with other customer's infrastructure team (such as security, network, etc.) and third-party vendors to open case and escalation as part of troubleshooting
Working as a team in managing all the project documentation (ranging from Site Survey, MoP, and UAT) as a build documentation
