Job Title: Sr. Rotating Engineer (TPC Position)

Job type: Fixed Term Contract

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Rotating Engineer to join our Project Management team for an upstream gas production facilities construction project (green field) with CSS capabilities. This role will be pivotal during the Front-End Engineering Design (FEED) and Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) phases. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in rotating equipment engineering, with a focus on ensuring the reliability, efficiency, and safety of all rotating machinery.

Job Description:

  • Lead the rotating equipment engineering efforts during the FEED and EPC phases.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure project objectives are met.
  • Provide technical expertise and guidance on the selection, specification, and design of rotating equipment.
  • Develop and review technical specifications, datasheets, and design documents for rotating equipment.
  • Perform detailed engineering calculations and analysis to ensure equipment reliability and performance.
  • Conduct failure mode and effects analysis (FMEA) and root cause analysis (RCA) for rotating equipment issues.
  • Evaluate and select vendors for rotating equipment supply.
  • Review and approve vendor documentation, including drawings, specifications, and test procedures.
  • Coordinate with vendors to ensure timely delivery and compliance with project requirements.
  • Oversee the installation, testing, and commissioning of rotating equipment.
  • Develop and implement maintenance and reliability strategies for rotating machinery.
  • Provide on-site support and troubleshooting during the commissioning phase.
  • Ensure all rotating equipment designs comply with industry standards, codes, and regulations.
  • Adopt standard safe work practices and procedures in accordance with the Safety.
  • Other tasks as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
  • 20+ years of experience in Mechanical engineering role within Oil and Gas industry with Project experiences covering from Conceptualization, Pre-FEED, FEED, EPC until Operation & Maintenance.
  • Excellent Technical knowledge.
  • Proficient in engineering tools/software.
