What You'll Do
- Lead and manage multiple projects simultaneouslyfrom initial planning to full execution.
- Ensure all initiatives are delivered on time, within scope, and at expected quality.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
- 24 years of experience in project management, operations, or a similar role.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects independently.
- Strong time management and multitasking skills.
- Clear and confident communication skillswritten and verbal.
- Detail-oriented and organized in tracking timelines, dependencies, and blockers.
- Solid problem-solving skills with a solutions-first mindset.
- Strong stakeholder coordination and the ability to manage cross-functional feedback.
- Proficiency in tools like Asana, Notion, Jira, or equivalent project management software.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, agile, or startup environment is a plus.
