JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

R&D Product Development:

• Manage end-to-end product development projects, including innovation, renovation, value engineering, and product improvement for the Soy & Chili category
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., Marketing, Supply Chain, Quality, Manufacturing) to ensure project success
• Conduct formulation trials, product testing, and validation to meet quality, cost, and regulatory requirements
• Support product scale-up and commercialization in manufacturing sites
• Continuously explore new ingredients, processes, and technologies to improve product performance and competitiveness

R&D Data Management:

• Act as the R&D representative for SAP system development and updates
• Ensure high-quality and accurate product data input and maintenance in internal systems
• Support internal system upgrades or migrations related to product databases
• Coordinate with global and regional R&D teams to align data processes and standards

REQUIREMENT:

• Education: Bachelors degree in Food Technology or a related field.
• Experience in the food industry is a strong advantage.
• Hands-on involvement in projects
• Experience working with SAP systems and supporting R&D data
• Basic to intermediate skills in Microsoft Excel
• Willing to travel to Karawang, Pasuruan, and copacker sites (e.g., Banyuwangi) for product trials.
• Fluent in English, both spoken and written
