Main duties and responsibilities:
Prepare engineering deliverables as per Contract and on schedule
- Prepare engineering deliverables to comply with Client requirements
- Complete the preparation of deliverables as per the schedule.
Perform engineering support to Procurement and Design and Drafting Team
- Perform engineering support to Procurement activities and vendor documents review when assigned as &aposAssigned Engineer&apos
- Provide the required input or sketches for the design and drafting team and to the 3D model development
- Check the design/drawings produced by the Design and Drafting team
Perform engineering for Proposal preparation
- Prepare the engineering deliverable list and required man-hour
- Estimate the BQ and prepare BQ Champion
- Prepare the proposal technical write-ups
- Finalize proposal basis of design
- Confirm the performance guarantee
- Register the technical risks
Assist and support Senior Engineer in regard to the quality and schedule of deliverables
Maintain all work performance in accordance with the Quality Management System as the preparer.
Requirements:
- Min Bachelor Degree of Chemical Engineering
- Min 10 years in experience having worked in an EPC company for upstream & downstream oil & gas projects
- Have capabilities to develop conceptual design, simulation, PFD and PID
- Have experiences of attending, reviewing and closing HAZOP and HAZID of oil & gas engineering /EPC projects either upstream or downstream
- Have experiences to perform equipment sizing and critical instrument sizing, i.e. PSV and control valve
- Have experiences of evaluating FERA, QRA, SIL studies
- Have experiences of performing the fire fighting system design and engineering
- Have an excellent knowledge of current
- Have experience of performing Process simulation for at least an oil & gas engineering /EPC projects either upstream or downstream
- Have an excellent knowledge of current internationally recognized Codes and Standards (NFPA, OSHA guidelines) and local regulations
- Must have had demonstrable experience with developing Safety Engineering Deliverables related to Escape Route Layouts, Firewater Calculations and P & IDs, Fire and Gas Drawings, Hazardous Area, Noise Specification and Flare Radiation.
- Must have proven exposure and hand on experience in participating / performing third party safety studies and workshops, including HAZID/ENVID, HAZOP, SIL Classifications, ALARP assessments, RAM study, Fire and Gas Mappings, Noise Studies, Fire and Explosion Risk Analysis (FERA), Thermal Radiation, Gas Dispersion and Plume Study, Emergency System Survivability Analysis (ESSA), Escape, Evacuation and Rescue Analysis (EERA) Study
