Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Translate creative briefs and Creative Lead direction into strong, compelling visual outputs.
  • Develop key visuals, campaign assets, supporting social media content, branding materials, and marketing collaterals.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all visual deliverables.
  • Collaborate with Copywriters, Multimedia Designer, Creative Lead, and Strategy team to align visuals with messaging and campaign objectives.
  • Conduct internal quality control before submission to Creative Lead or clients.
  • Provide technical guidance and constructive feedback to vendor/thirdparty
  • Manage design revisions effectively within agreed timelines and project scope.
  • Stay updated on design trends, visual culture, and creative tools to continuously elevate output quality.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Visual Communication Design, Multimedia, or related field.
  • Minimum 35 years of experience in graphic design, preferably within an agency environment.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating branding, campaign development, digital content, and layout systems.
  • Advanced understanding of design principles (typography, layout, color theory, visual hierarchy).
  • Experience in integrated campaigns (digital and offline).
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and tight deadlines.
  • Strong attention to detail with high craftsmanship standards.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
