Qual será a sua missão

Develop core business strategy and planning and collaborate with most business areas to define overall strategy and key initiatives for improvement. Constantly problem-solve, think through, and introduce innovative solutions to enhance growth (Business Development and Marketing) and platform reach, improve revenue, and boost bottom-line results (optimize costs: free shipping strategy, logistics, marketing,

overhead). Project the impact of the initiatives and strategy on the long-term planning of P&L results (budgeting of revenue, costs, and expenses). Deep into complex problem-solving (quantitative and qualitative), modeling, operational and strategic discussions, and decision-making.

Como será o seu dia a dia

• Conduct strategic analysis and business modeling to inform decision-making and strategy setting
• Develop complex models for decision-making (quantitative and qualitative) and strategy setting
• Structure business initiatives and facilitate insightful decision-making processes
• Forecast and track short and long-term indicators such as revenue, cost, and operational metrics
• Utilize hands-on spreadsheet modeling to develop innovative approaches for business modeling and structuring
• Gather information and collaborate effectively in cross-functional teams across multiple business areas
• Lead cross-functional initiatives, projects, and business objectives while managing multiple stakeholders and projects concurrently
• Evaluate business processes, proactively anticipate requirements and risks, and identify areas for improvement
• Implement innovative solutions to drive positive change within the organization
• Prepare presentations, reports, and dashboards tailored for Directors and C-level executives
• Interact extensively with Directors, Country Heads, and Global Teams, fostering effective communication and collaboration.

• Degree Required in Engineering, Business Administration, and related areas
• Advanced level of Microsoft Office, Excel Knowledge, and SQL
• Fluent English.
