Job Description

Qualifications:

  • Minimum Bachelor&aposs degree from any major, preferably in Information Technology, Information Systems, or Business Management
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in sales in the IT industry, particularly at a System Integrator (SI) company
  • Accustomed to working with B2B business models and long sales cycles
  • A strong database and network of relationships with enterprise customers (banking, telco, FMCG, manufacturing, government) is a plus
  • Able to implement strategic prospecting to discover new business opportunities and farm to maintain and grow existing accounts
  • Understand the tender process and procurement of goods/services, and be able to prepare technical and commercial documents effectively
  • Possess excellent negotiation and communication skills, both in Indonesian and English
  • Quota-driven, results-oriented, and able to work independently and collaboratively within a team

Job Description:

  • Identify and develop business opportunities in priority sectors in accordance with the company&aposs strategy
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, technology partners, and principals/vendors
  • Prepare technical and commercial proposals and present solutions to potential customers
  • Coordinate with the pre-sales and delivery teams to ensure the solutions offered align with customer needs
  • Responsible for achieving sales targets (both revenue and gross profit)
  • Prepare regular sales and activity reports for the Sales Manager
