We are looking for a high-impact Sr. DevOps Engineer to own the bridge between our code and our customers.You have a passion for crafting seamless automated pipelines and a relentless focus on maintaining highly available, mission-critical production systems. We value engineers who leverage a mix of open-source and bespoke tools to build a high-performance delivery environment.

You will be responsible for:

  • Production Excellence: Take command of the deployment and maintenance of our cloud-based production systems, ensuring maximum availability, performance, and scalability.
  • CI/CD Orchestration: Design and refine our end-to-end delivery pipelines (Jenkins, Git, etc.) to ensure every code change reaches production safely and without disruption.
  • Infrastructure as Code (IaC): Architect and manage our infrastructure using modern automation frameworks (Terraform, Ansible) to eliminate manual errors and click-ops.
  • Strategic Engineering Support: Providing L4 technical support and root cause analysis (RCA) for complex system issues.

To be successful you will be able to demonstrate with:

  • 5+ years of hands-on experience in a Senior DevOps or Cloud Engineering role, with a focus on high-traffic production environments.
  • Advanced expertise in Cloud Compute, including core concepts like VPC networking, IAM, and cost optimization.
  • Deep proficiency in Kubernetes (K8s) and Docker to manage microservices at scale.
  • Strong skills in Python, Bash, or Ruby to automate repetitive tasks.
  • A comprehensive understanding of networking (TCP/IP, OSI model, load balancers) and expert-level Linux server administration.
  • Experience with monitoring and logging stacks like Prometheus, Grafana, or ELK to catch issues before they impact the business.
  • Advanced English proficiency is essential. You must be able to articulate technical strategies clearly to stakeholders and maintain professional communication for business transactions and internal coordination.
