Sales & Business Growth

  • Execute sales and business plans to achieve revenue, transaction, and client acquisition targets for tiket.com's B2B corporate travel platform
  • Identify, prospect, and acquire new corporate clients by positioning tiket.com as a strategic business travel solution aligned with client needs and policies
  • Manage the full sales cycle, including solution pitching, commercial negotiation, agreement execution, and platform onboarding

Account Management & Platform Adoption

  • Drive platform adoption and transaction growth by ensuring clients effectively utilize tiket.com's tools for their business travel needs
  • Maintain and grow existing corporate accounts through upselling, cross-selling, and increasing share of wallet
  • Monitor production, usage, and after-sales performance to ensure value realization and client satisfaction
  • Manage client contract renewals and ensure continuity of service and commercial alignment

Client Partnership & Stakeholder Management

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key corporate stakeholders, including decision-makers, travel admins, HR, finance, and procurement teams
  • Conduct regular courtesy visits, business reviews, and performance evaluations to assess platform usage, identify gaps, and propose improvements
  • Act as a trusted partner and primary point of contact for corporate clients

Internal Collaboration & Reporting

  • Work closely with internal teams (Product, Operations, Finance, and Customer Care) to ensure smooth onboarding, issue resolution, and continuous product improvement
  • Provide structured feedback from clients to internal teams to support enhancement of tiket.com's B2B travel platform
  • Prepare and present regular sales, pipeline, and account performance reports to management

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Marketing, Tourism, or a related field
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in B2B corporate solution from OTA industry
  • Experience selling SaaS, platforms, or technology-enabled solutions is highly preferred
  • Experience in travel, hospitality, or corporate services is an advantage
  • Strong consultative selling, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Solid understanding of corporate travel management, business travel policies, and enterprise client needs
  • Ability to translate client pain points into platform-based solutions
