FAT Supervisor (fluent in Mandarin & English)
Location: Jakarta
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced as Tax Supervisor (including handling Finance & Accounting scope) to manage and oversee financial operations. FAT Supervisor will be responsible for ensuring compliance with tax regulations by preparing and analyzing financial data and supporting strategic financial planning, whom able to communicate in Mandarin and English in business set.
Requirements (Mandatory):
- Bachelors degree in Accounting, Taxation, or a related field
- Fluent in Mandarin and English (Oral and Written)
- Hold a Brevet A/B Certification
- Minimum 3 years of experience as Supervisor level of Tax, Accounting & Finance
- Proficient in accounting and tax software such as SAP, Coretax and other relevant tax systems
- Strong understanding in tax compliance and regulation
- Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and organizational skills
- Willing to work under short contract as part of the probation prior to be permanent
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and manage financial reports, including profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and other financial statements
- Conduct in-depth financial analysis to support business decision making.
- Organize and monitor financial transactions and account balances.
- Prepare accurate cash flow forecasts and track daily cash flow and bank balances
- Perform cost accounting analysis and provide actionable insights
- Ensure timely and accurate tax reporting in compliance with local regulations
