Job Description Summary :
Support spot buying activities for spend categories across the organization, including supplier identification, negotiation and awarding to deliver sourcing results contributing to savings targets, while ensuring that Service Level Agreements are being met

Spot Buy Execution
Perform assessment of spot buy requests and facilitate spot buy execution in conjunction with the Spot Buy Manager and Category Manager
Create Quotation Comparison Form (QCF) if required and check for existing QCF documents to fulfill requirements
Identify prospective suppliers from preferred supplier list / market research / Competent Division's inputs
Prepare and issue RFx documents and facilitate communications between internal stakeholders and suppliers
Support the Spot Buy Manager in communicating awards results to suppliers based on outcome of negotiations
Perform required handover activities to PO Analyst / Sr. Analyst to generate spot buy POs
Responsible to scan and store hardcopy of Goods Receipt (GR) related documents
Service Management and Continuous Improvement
Support the Spot Buy Manager in providing qualitative and quantitative feedback to Category Managers on recurring spot buys, including opportunities for consolidating demand and establishing new contracts, identifying preferred suppliers, etc.
Deliver service excellence and maximize customer service and satisfaction
Develop effective working relationships with key internal and external stakeholders
Maintain professional attitude during service delivery and resolution of issues
Ensure that service levels and targets are met per Service Level Agreements
Support the identification of opportunities for continuous process improvement and increase process effectiveness
Audit & Compliance
Drive consistent implementation of Procurement policies, processes and business practices
Support auditors and legal authorities with the required information
Job Requirement:
Minimum Bachelor Degree in any field or equivalent
Good communication and negotiation skills
Preferably has minimum of 3 years in General Procurement (Office Supplies, ATK, pantry supplies, merchandise)
Placement: Jakarta - Head Office
Fluent in English, can speak Mandarin could be an advantages
