Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Ciputat for a Sport Club Manager. The Sport Club Manager will oversee daily operations of the sport club, manage staff, organize training programs, and ensure member satisfaction. Responsibilities include planning and coordinating events, managing budgets, ensuring health and safety standards, and maintaining the club's facilities. The manager will also develop strategies to increase membership and engagement, while building a positive and motivating environment for members and team members.

• Strong organizational and event management abilities to plan, oversee, and execute club activities and programs
• Customer service and relationship-building skills to address member needs and ensure high levels of member satisfaction
• Financial management and budgeting skills to oversee expenses and optimize club operations
• Knowledge of sports, fitness, and health trends to design engaging programs and activities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with members and staff
• Ability to adapt to dynamic environments and multitask in a fast-paced setting
• A background in sports management, business administration, or a related field is preferred
• Experience in the leisure, fitness, or sports sector is highly desirable
