One Third Consulting & Abroad (OTCA) is looking for a hands-on Sponsorship & Partnership Specialist with solid experience in securing sponsors and managing strategic partnerships. This role is highly revenue-focused and ideal for professionals who are already accustomed to B2B outreach, sponsor acquisition, and deal closing.
This is not an entry-level role. We are seeking someone who has 23 years of proven experience working directly with sponsors, brands, or corporate partners.
Key Responsibilities
- Actively identify, approach, and secure corporate sponsors and strategic partners
- Manage end-to-end sponsorship & partnership pipeline (outreach pitch negotiation closing)
- Develop sponsorship proposals, pitch decks, and collaboration frameworks tailored to partner needs
- Lead negotiations and close partnership deals with clear revenue targets
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with sponsors and partners
- Collaborate with internal teams (Marketing, Program, Management) to ensure partnership activation and deliverables
- Track and report partnership performance, including revenue contribution and brand exposure
Requirements
- Minimum 23 years of experience in Sponsorship, Partnerships, Business Development, or Corporate Relations
- Strong background in B2B outreach, networking, and follow-up
- Proven experience handling sponsor acquisition or brand partnerships
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Comfortable working with targets, KPIs, and revenue-driven goals
- Existing corporate, brand, or institutional networks will be a strong advantage
- Bachelor's degree (D3/S1) in Business, Marketing, Communication, or related fields
- Willing to work full onsite in Jakarta
