What is Required:
- Minimum 5 yearsof procurement experience, with at least 2 years specifically in ICT category
- Proven track record of managing complex ICT procurement portfolios
- Experience in strategic sourcing of technology infrastructure, software, hardware, and telecommunications services
- Deep understanding of ICT market trends and technology ecosystems
- Expert knowledge of procurement strategies specific to technology procurement
- Advanced contract negotiation skills for IT and telecommunications services
- Comprehensive understanding of: Cloud computing procurement, Software licensing models, Hardware and infrastructure sourcing, Telecommunications service contracts, Emerging technology procurement strategies
