Job Description:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and new digital partners, ensuring effective communication and collaboration with strategic digital partners, including PJP companies and fin-tech companies.
- Manage complaint handling effectively from and to digital partners to maintain good relationships.
- Conduct negotiations on partnership agreements, terms, and pricing in accordance with applicable regulations.
- Conduct research and analysis on market trends, competition, and potential partners to identify strategic opportunities.
- Carry out thorough due diligence on potential partners for digital business products in accordance with bank requirements and ensure that partnerships comply with all regulatory requirements while managing associated risks.
- Collaborate with other units when integrating prospective partners or during the development of services with existing partners.
- Measure digital partnership performance, analyze key metrics, and provide recommendations for improvements to digital business products and services.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum Bachelor's Degree in any major
- Have at least 3 (three) years of professional experience in related industry
- Have experience in Payment Systems, Partnership and Marketing roles
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Proficient in data processing and analysis (Microsoft Excel)
