Job Description:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and new digital partners, ensuring effective communication and collaboration with strategic digital partners, including PJP companies and fin-tech companies.
  • Manage complaint handling effectively from and to digital partners to maintain good relationships.
  • Conduct negotiations on partnership agreements, terms, and pricing in accordance with applicable regulations.
  • Conduct research and analysis on market trends, competition, and potential partners to identify strategic opportunities.
  • Carry out thorough due diligence on potential partners for digital business products in accordance with bank requirements and ensure that partnerships comply with all regulatory requirements while managing associated risks.
  • Collaborate with other units when integrating prospective partners or during the development of services with existing partners.
  • Measure digital partnership performance, analyze key metrics, and provide recommendations for improvements to digital business products and services.

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum Bachelor's Degree in any major
  • Have at least 3 (three) years of professional experience in related industry
  • Have experience in Payment Systems, Partnership and Marketing roles
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Proficient in data processing and analysis (Microsoft Excel)
