Job Description :

• Develop and execute acquisition programs and campaigns for deposit products end to end from ideation to implementation
• Manage and maintain assigned existing partners to ensure continuous account acquisition flow through all channel integration
• Support and execute events end to end including coordination, on site execution and post event evaliation to ensure acquisition and business onjectives are met
• Provide operational, administrative support, ensuring all day to day activities run smoothly and efficiently

Job Requirements :

• Minimum 4 years of working experience in banking industry related positions (digital banking or financial services)
• Hands on experience in managing ads campaign (Meta ads, google ads/similar)
• Experience working with digital partnerships/B2B collaboration is a plus
• Familiar in customer lifecycle management and understanding of digital onboarding flows and mobile banking ecosystems
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills
