Job Purpose
Managing marketing communications of company products/services to target consumers to create awareness or interest in the brand (brand awareness) and support corporate service activities, internal and external company communications, and CSR activities to improve the company's image in the eyes of internal and public so that it can support the achievement of company targets.
Job Description
- Plan and strategize internal and external marketing communications to build brand awareness and loyalty to support the overall sales process and revenue generation efforts.
- Prepare approved communication materials for distribution to customers, including newsletters, emails, brochures, press releases, and company digital assets, in accordance with the marketing communications plan.
- Oversee the execution of internal and external communications and analyze whether communication activities are running according to the established plan.
- Assist the marketing communications specialist in promotional and marketing activities, such as customer database management and implementation.
- Analyze promotional performance data and create presentations based on these analyses to superiors.
- Ensure consistency of brand guidelines in all forms of corporate communication by collaborating with Marketing Communication to ensure consistent and standardized corporate communication.
- Creating and developing content from digital channels (such as social media and website content), and the creative process of creating videos and visual content to build and maintain a positive and relevant company image.
- Supporting the implementation process of Corporate Social Responsibility to build a positive and relevant company image.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor Degree of Communication or Public Relation or Visual Communication, with minimum 3 years experiences in Mining Downstream Industry (Port, Barging & Transshipment)
- Strong communication & storytelling skills.
- Able to manage corporate branding and employer branding.
- Proficient in digital communication tools (LinkedIn, Instagram, website management, email campaigns).
- Basic design skills (Canva/Adobe) and content planning are a plus.
- Understanding the basics of ESG communication and sustainability reporting is a plus.
- Skilled in media monitoring and sentiment analysis.
