Job Purpose
To oversee the Spa and Wellbeing department, managing wellness programs and spa treatments to ensure exceptional guest experiences, while maintaining the profitability and quality of the department. The role focuses on promoting holistic wellness through spa services, fitness activities, and personalized wellness programs.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in spa and wellness management, preferably in a luxury hotel or resort.
- Degree in Hospitality, Health, or a Wellness-related field.
- In-depth knowledge of spa treatments, wellness programs, and fitness services.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Ability to implement innovative wellness programs and services.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
