Key Responsibilities:
- Perform spa treatments, massage, and body therapies according to hotel standards.
- Ensure guest comfort and satisfaction throughout the treatment process.
- Provide professional explanations of spa services and their benefits.
- Maintain cleanliness, tidiness, and safety in the spa area.
- Demonstrate a friendly, polite, and attentive attitude toward all guests.
Qualifications :
- Minimum 1 year of experience in the same role (spa, massage, or wellness).
- Skilled in various spa and massage techniques.
- Well-groomed, presentable, and professional appearance.
- Strong communication skills and a warm, guest-oriented personality.
- Basic English proficiency (active English is a plus).
- Physically and mentally fit, able to work as part of a team.
- Available to join immediately in Labuan Bajo.
