Spa Therapist

This is a full-time on-site role for a Spa Therapist, based in Lombok, Indonesia. As a Spa Therapist, your day-to-day responsibilities will include delivering a variety of spa treatments such as massages, facials, and body therapies, while ensuring guests receive a world-class wellness experience. You will also maintain a relaxing and clean spa environment, consult with clients to assess their needs, and recommend personalized treatments. Upholding BASK's standards of customer service excellence is an integral part of the role.

• Proficiency in delivering a range of professional spa treatments, including massages, facials, and body therapies
• Strong communication and active listening skills to understand and fulfill client needs
• Knowledge of health and safety guidelines and proper hygiene practices within a spa environment
• Excellent interpersonal skills with a customer-focused approach
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and adapt to a multicultural setting
• Certification or training in massage therapy or spa treatments
• Prior experience working in the hospitality or resort industry is a plus
• Proficient in English; additional language skills are an advantage
