Role Description
This is a on-site role for a DW Spa Therapist at The Balé Nusa Dua, located in Denpasar, Bali. The DW Spa Therapist will be responsible for providing a variety of spa treatments such as facials, massages, and pedicures, ensuring an exceptional guest experience. Additional responsibilities include maintaining high hygiene standards, consulting with clients to understand their needs, delivering outstanding customer service, and contributing to a tranquil and welcoming spa atmosphere.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Spa Treatments, including facials, massages, and related therapies
- Expertise in Cosmetology and Pedicures
- Strong Customer Service skills with a customer-first mindset
- Certification or training in professional spa or beauty treatments is preferred
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to create a relaxing and comfortable environment for clients
- Commitment to maintaining hygiene and safety standards
- Previous experience in a luxury spa setting is a plus
