Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Spa Supervisor, located in Ubud. The Spa Supervisor will oversee daily operations, manage staff, ensure excellent customer service, handle receptionist duties, and conduct staff training sessions. Responsibilities also include maintaining a serene environment for clients and ensuring that all treatments adhere to our wellness philosophies and standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a spa supervisor role
• Strong leadership, communication and organization skills
• Knowledge of spa treatment, products and wellness trends
• Knowledge in spa booking system is a plus
